The Soap Gal can always help you choose the best formula for your price point. But, if you’re looking for a custom bar of soap, this menu will help with the process of customizing your formula for your company or brand. 

STEP 1: Initial Consult and Project Brainstorm

We start with a meeting or a phone call to learn more about your project needs. We’ll listen to your product ideas, help you refine them, and guide you through your packaging needs.

STEP 2: Samples & Approval Process

Through our research and development process, we work together to bring your ideas into physical samples for you to review, try, and approve. This process may take up to six weeks.

STEP 3: Quoting & Timeline Setup

Once samples have been tested and approved, we can finalize the quote and move on to production.

STEP 4: Purchase and Order Production

Here’s where we take over, and you get to relax. We’ll manufacture your soap just as discussed and ship it in time to your desired location.

TOLLING COMPLEXITY RATES

Important things to consider:

A recipe can be completely customized by The Soap Gal, or we can use an existing recipe.
The Soap Gal would submit material cost plus tolling fee per bar to the potential client.
When the unit price is approved, we purchase the materials that we do not keep in stock, make samples.
When samples are approved then we add the project to our production schedule. This can take up to 8 weeks.
